Product Overview
The Nitrogen Cart with Booster is a compact, high-performance mobile gas compression and distribution system engineered to provide reliable, safe, and precise high-pressure nitrogen delivery for demanding field and maintenance environments. Designed specifically for military aviation and aerospace needs, it is built to support mission-critical systems where gas purity, pressure stability, and operator safety are non-negotiable.
This system boosts nitrogen gas from commercially available cylinders (low to medium pressure) to high pressures up to 415 kg/cm² (~5900 psi)—making it suitable for hydraulic accumulators, landing gear struts, pressure vessels, and inert atmosphere applications in aircraft and defense systems.
The unit does not require electrical power and is entirely driven by clean compressed air, making it intrinsically safe, spark-free, and compliant with use in explosive or hazardous zones such as military hangars, onboard carriers, and field repair units.

Applications
The Nitrogen Cart with Booster is ideal for:
 • Aircraft Maintenance: Filling landing gear struts, charging hydraulic dampers, and topping off tires.
 • Defense Operations: Purging missile canisters, charging nitrogen bottles in AFVs or launchers.
 • Industrial Testing: Pressure testing pipelines, cylinders, or pneumatic systems.
 • Power and Energy: Creating dry, inert atmospheres for high-voltage switchgear and transformers.
 • R&D Laboratories: Conducting controlled high-pressure experiments with inert gases.

Design Philosophy
The system is designed around three key principles:
1. Mobility & Durability – Heavy-duty steel trolley chassis allows easy movement across rugged terrains and inside hangars.
2. Modular & Maintainable – Quick-access panels, standardized fittings, and off-the-shelf valves ensure serviceability.
3. Operator Safety & Simplicity – Clearly labeled control panel, dual pressure regulation, and an emergency vent path safeguard both personnel and hardware.

Operating Sequence (Simplified) 1. Preparation: • Place the nitrogen cylinder in the provided bracket. • Connect the drive air and nitrogen hoses as per color-coded ports. • Confirm all valves are shut before beginning. 2.Pressurization: • Open drive air and adjust regulator to desired booster operating speed. • Slowly open nitrogen inlet and begin compression. • Open outlet valve and regulate pressure using needle valve. 3. Stabilization: • Watch gauges and adjust regulator to maintain target output pressure. • The booster will idle when output pressure equals cylinder pressure. 4. Shutdown: • Close all valves in sequence (Nitrogen > Air > Outlet). • Open vent valve to release trapped pressure. • Disconnect hoses and prepare for next cycle. Built-in Safety Measures • Mechanical Relief Valve protects against overpressurization. • Stable Four-Wheel Platform prevents tipping during hose movements. • Vent Valve enables complete depressurization before hose disconnection. • Non-electric Design eliminates spark risk in flammable atmospheres. • Manual Controls give operators full authority with no dependency on electronics. Maintenance & Lifecycle Support • Low-maintenance design with minimal moving parts and wear points. • Service intervals every 12 months or 500 cycles recommended. • Neometrix Engineering offers complete lifecycle support: spare parts, training, refurbishment, and remote diagnostics. Why Choose This System? • Designed to MIL and aviation-grade standards • Customizable outlet configurations and pressures • Indigenously manufactured with support across India • Built for rugged terrains and harsh operating environments • Ideal for mobile squadrons, airbases, and depot-level facilities
