The Test Rig is self contained, General-Purpose Electro Hydraulic Test Rig. Safety & user Friendliness are the key features of the provided Test Rig. The Test Rig provided has been designed to address all the requirements of the Tender Document.

  • With this Test rig, Two Operators can work independently.
  • All the components as specified can be tested on this Test Rig.
The List of the Components to be tested on the Rig are as follows:

Key Features

  • Both Static and Dynamic System
  • Static Pressure Intensifier for ease of operation and high-pressure generation.
  • The rig is developed for Hydraulic Oil (MIL-H-5606) or equivalent.
  • On the return line, three lines have been provided. (Please refer to the hydraulic circuit)
  • All pressure gauges have Bar as well as PSI indications. In all, 19 Pressure Gauges have been provided. Seven for each system as required in the tender document, one in return line and two in pneumatic line.
  • Two independent Systems, but can be combined as well.
  • One flow meter 0-30 LPM has been provided.
  • 250 Liter SS 304 Reservoir has been provided with all related fittings like: Level Gauge/ Filler Breather/ Temperature Switch/ Temperature Gauge/ Drain Valve/ etc. Please refer to the attached circuit diagram.
  • Pressure Measurement ports have been provided for along with Minimess hoses for connections.
  • Pressure Transmitters have also been provided. (3 Nos.) As part of the standard test rig.
