The Test Rig is Pneumatic System use to fill the Carbon dioxide in cylinder at a pressure of 3400psi and at temperature 160 F can be set. This machine is very well known for its robust working which will be very helpful in the Aviation Field. A CO₂-N₂ Filling System is a specialized setup designed for accurately mixing and filling cylinders or tanks with Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) and Nitrogen (N₂) gases.

Technical Details

  • Arrangement to carry out static pressure testing of a maximum pressure of 3400psi.
  • Pressure transmitter and Burdon gauge for pressure reading.
  • Air supply Pressure Range: 8-10 Kg/cm2
  • 5 Micron Filters in the pneumatic lines.
  • Proportional Pressure regulators are provided in the system for controlled filling.
  • CO2 haskel pump(Air drive Pump) is provided with maximum outlet pressure of 3400 PSI.
  • N2 haskel pump(Air drive Pump) is provided with maximum outlet pressure of 4500 PSI.
  • HMI is provided on the front panel to control the system in Auto mode.
