Through Hole Inspection
The System should have the capability to clearly demarcate the throughness of the holes on both the models. The system developed should put a mark on the correct pieces & in case of faulty pieces alarm should be generated. To ensure that all the units have been tested by the worker an additional feature of counting the input, to the operator and the output from the vision system is provided. The matching of the input to worker and output from vision system ensures that all units have been tested.
