About

The purpose of the equipment is to flush aggregate with ATF with running of aggregate as per requirement for effective cleaning of internal cavities of the aggregate.
The Test Equipment is Sub- divided into following Sub- sections
Hydraulic Circuit – The function of the fuel system is to :

  • Feed the unit fuel.
  • Supply constant pressure lines 25kgf/cm2 and 10 kgf/cm2.
  • Pass with several Filters.
  • Flush the aggregate System.
  • Collection of ATF fuel to Tank2.
  • Feed back to Tank1.

  • Temperature controler: TempRange: 0 to 200 Deg C Mounted on control panel
  • Pump: Gear Pump Preferred Max Working Pressure 10 kgf/cm^2, Flow rate: 50 LPM Working medium
    • ATF is used as working media for Equipment of Flushing of Aggregates.
