About

Whole system is divided into three parts:

  • (a)Nitrogen Bank:- This section contains a Nitrogen supply bank consisting of four 40 liters of nitrogen filled cylinders at 150 Bar (max). There is an automated selection of nitrogen supply according to respective pressures of cylinders.
  • (b)Main Panel Section:- This section contains low pressure Air Driving Unit which consists of low pressure solenoid valves, air filter & regulator assembly to supply regulated and filtered air for driving of Gas Booster. This section also contains an air driven Gas Booster with a reservoir.
  • (c)Dispenser Section:- This section contains a regulated supply of Nitrogen at high pressure. This high pressure is generated in three stages (Step Pressurization). This section consists of pressure regulating components and process controlling
