About

Pressure PAC for High Pressure Nitrogen Circuit Leak testing. Whole system is divided into four parts:-

  • Air Drive Section
    1. Dry & Filter Air @ 4 Kg/cm2 is required for drive the Pressure PAC.
  • Nitrogen/Helium inlet Section
    1. Nitrogen/Helium inlet section comprises of 5 micron High pressure filter (12.0) to insure the inlet Gas purity, Pressure Gauge (17.0) to read the N2 cylinder supply pressure, and Ball Valve (11.1) to Open and close N2 Supply to Gas booster inlet
    2. Nitrogen/Helium Boosting Section : This section comprises of Haskel Gas Booster (3.0) to boost the available Industrial Nitrogen or Helium Gas (17- 150 bar) up to750 Kg/cm2 it have High Pressure Gauge (10.2) to monitor the outlet pressure. Working pressure of system is 200 Kg/cm2 (Maximum)
  • Nitrogen Outlet Section
    1. This section comprises of all the safety & controlling components of the Pressure PAC along with measuring devices to measure performance parameters of the Pressure PAC
