Technical Details

  • Prefill : To facilitate quick and efficient operations, the system has an integral high flow electric pump (220 V AC 1 Ph 50 Hz) to do the prefill on the test hoses once they are connected inside the test chamber. The gravity feed to the pump can be from a domestic 1” OD water tap. Discharge pressure into the hoses at 150 – 200 psi.
  • Pressure Test: The pressurization of the hoses is done quickly by air driven Haskel Pump.
  • Control Panel: The Main Control Panel will have an air as well as electric circuitry with appropriate stop start switches and valves.
  • Safety Relief Valve: There would be a manually adjustable but automatic venting safety relief valve to prevent accidental over pressure.
  • Pr Gauges: Large dial pressure gauges to indicate test pressure with adequate clarity.

It is used to test the proof, burst and leak test of the hydraulic hoses . Further it can be designed for Impulse Testing Machine for Hoses
